Take on the hiking and running trails, which can be reached in as little as eight minutes on foot. Or, drive eleven minutes to Griffith Park and admire the views of the Hollywood sign from the observatory. Go shopping on Rodeo Drive – reachable in twenty-two minutes by car, wander the Hollywood Walk of Fame – an eleven-minute drive away, or even go on a tour of Paramount Pictures Studio – just nine minutes away by car.

Furnished with mid-century style sofas and funky vintage pieces, this home is great for relaxing in the evening after a busy day. For dinner, you can choose to eat at one of the many local restaurants – reachable in as little as six minutes on foot, or take advantage of the home’s vintage Okeefe & Merritt oven and cook at home.
