On the east coast of Andros, just a short stroll from Gialia Beach is where you’ll find this villa. Inside, it’s homespun yet elegant – we loved the terracotta tiled floors, antique furnishings and farmhouse-style kitchen. Roll straight out of bed and onto the terrace for a tasty breakfast and a hot cup of coffee accompanied by unobstructed Aegean Sea views.
When you’re not watching the world pass by, you’ll be adventuring around the island – explore the Pithara Waterfalls and Foros Cave before nipping into nearby Chora for some tasty Greek fare and a glass of something chilled after checking out the Museum of Contemporary Art and Andros Castle. Return to your abode in the late afternoon to watch the sun set into the indigo water as stars appear above.
