This historic home is located in the centre of Dartmouth and is perfect for a family getaway. With views of the River Dart from the dining area as well as from the private sun-trap patio, guests can enjoy watching the Royal Regatta while tucking into lunch. There are two living areas for entertaining or relaxing, and the bedrooms guarantee a good night’s sleep. The town’s renowned variety of shops and restaurants are on your doorstep, and Blackpool Sands Beach is a ten-minute drive away.

*We recommend having a car if you wish to explore the surrounding area. Your host provides a permit to park in council car parks across the South Hams district. A space is not guaranteed and Dartmouth can be busy during the summer and special events such as the Royal Regatta.
*Two small-to-medium dogs or one large dog are welcome to join you here.
*Please note, this home is spread across four levels and access is via numerous steps, some of which are uneven.
