Tucked away in the Cadnant Valley, yet on the edge of Caernarfon with its 13th century castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the marina, Waterside Doc Fictoria art complex, independent shops, restaurants and waterside views. Pop to the seafront at Dinas Dinlle with an ancient hill fort and beautiful beach for swimming and water sports. Llanberis, Bangor, Beddgelert and Anglesey are all within a short drive. Visit attractions such as Zip World, National Trusts Penrhyn Castle and Aberglaslyn, the Sea Zoo, Air World Aviation Museum and Electric Mountain. Take a ride on a Welsh Highland Railway steam train or up the Snowdon Mountain Railway and walk down from Snowdon s summit. Go sea fishing, watching wildlife or discover the Wales Coastal Path and Snowdonia National Park. An all year round destination. This attractive house has been designed with comfort in mind and all the little luxuries to enhance your stay, such as underfloor heating and decadent bathroom with TV. There s plenty of space for everyone and natural light throughout the house. Walk into the lovely hall at the heart of the house, with the spacious lounge and gigantic dining table to your left. Walk round and up two steps to the stylish kitchen which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and a useful breakfast bar, perfect to open the cookery books and plan your menus with local produce purchased on your travels. This is a sociable space to rustle up a meal and step down to the long dining table for everyone to enjoy a meal together overlooking the garden. After dinner, relax on one of the comfy sofas, plan your holiday activities, watch one of your favourites on the large Smart TV or play board games. Also on this floor you will find the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate WC and the first of the five stunning bedrooms, all with zip and link beds that can be made up as twins on request, TV s and stylish ensuite bathrooms, you will no doubt lie in bed longer in the mornings as they are just splendid. The ground floor bedroom is set up as a super king size with ensuite shower and WC. Explore this delightful property further and head upstairs for a further four bedrooms to choose from, the super king size with two additional pull out beds for little ones, and ensuite shower and WC, the twin room with ensuite bathroom with bath and WC, here you can relax in the bath and watch TV, a second twin with ensuite shower and WC, finally the super king size with shower and WC. This will be a place you will want to return to time after time. Outside you can relax in the Jacuzzi hot tub and embrace the fabulous views from sunrise to sunset. The large paved patio is perfect for alfresco dining with table, chairs and BBQ. There is a large lawn to the front of the property and plenty of space for the children to let off steam on the lawn with the football net, whilst you sit back and relax in this established pretty garden enjoying the views and birdsong. Walk down to the stream at the bottom of the garden, walk over the little historic bridge and enjoy the tree swing. There is ample private parking for five cars and space for bicycles, canoes and paddleboards too. There is an electric point to charge your car (Type 2, 22kW, untethered, podpoint).
