Surrounded by fields and natural beauty in this lovely village of Rowen. Explore a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, mountains to climb and rivers to stroll along. Enjoy a spot of fishing, a round of golf or even surfing at Surf Snowdonia. This is the perfect location for walking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing in the breath taking scenery. Just three miles from coastal Conwy, a World Heritage Site and home to a 13th century castle together with a selection of independent shops, restaurants and a fishing harbour. Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between National Trust s Bodnant Gardens, the RSPB reserve and wildlife excursions. Llandudno, Betws y Coed and the Isle of Anglesey are all within easy reach too. Stylishly designed and furnished with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. As you walk into the hall the lounge can be found on your right and the kitchen to the left. The kitchen is well equipped should you fancy cooking some delicious home cooked food with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a useful utility with a second fridge and a washing machine. Once the meal is ready enjoy time together in the dining room planning your holiday activities. After dinner, you can look forward to lighting the wood burner and getting cosy whilst you pick your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The games garage has a pool table, football table, oversized connect four and darts board to test your skill amongst friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also a shower room with shower and WC. Heading upstairs there are three stunning bedrooms, all with smart TV, one king size, one double and a twin room. To complete the property, there is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. The house sits at the top of the drive surrounded by a lawned garden with established trees and shrubs. On a warm day, relax on the lawn or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining around the table and chairs or light the charcoal BBQ and enjoy the views around you. There is private parking on the driveway and you are welcome to store your bikes in the games garage.
