Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. Home to a supermarket and The Swan pub, the village also benefits from a train station, making it a wonderful gateway for exploring the Cotswolds. With the Wychwood Wild Garden, Cornbury Park Estate, and Charlbury Museum all nearby, attractions are plentiful, whilst visitors can also spend the day at Blenheim Palace, home to the famous Harry Potter Tree, Marlborough Hedge Maze, and River Glyme. Take a trip to Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Organic Farm. Head west to enjoy the delights of Bourton-on-the-water, including Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection, The Dragonfly Maze, and Birdland Park & Gardens, whilst outdoor enthusiasts will relish in the chance to don their walking boots and hike through Greystones Farm Nature Reserve.
