Conveniently located 2 kilometres from the heart of Sainte Maxime and Nartelle Beach, this villa is perfect for family get-togethers or friendly gatherings. We think most of your socialising will take place outside, thanks to the summer kitchen and bocce ball court. The private pool is the tonic to long hot days – though if you’d prefer to escape the sun, there’s air conditioning throughout the home. While the interiors aren’t the most inspiring, you’ll find everything you need for a stress-free holiday. Plus, there’s an apartment on the garden level for those who like their privacy.

Home truths:
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking for five cars is available on the premises.
*The swimming pool (open from the 1st of April to the 29th of October) isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*At capacity, 14 guests will share three bathrooms, so you may need to figure out a rota for the shower.
*This home does not accept youth groups under the age of 30.
