• Outdoors: Enclosed, paved sunny garden to the rear with outside furniture, a super space to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a storage room which houses the washing machine and is also great for beach equipment and bicycle storage.

• Pets: Maximum 1 dog allowed at an additional charge.
