Surrounded by leafy plants, sprawling vines and water features to create a sense of zen, you'll have no trouble unwinding here. The outdoor pool is breathtaking, with a shallow shelf where you can lounge on a sunbed while you relax in the heat. We also love the alfresco dining area that invites you to sip on cocktails while you watch the sunset over the ocean.

This home also benefits from shared access to a rocky beach just 30 metres below that features a communal beach hut, equipped with waterfront seating, a kitchen, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet so you can spend happy days down by the ocean.

And when you're ready to venture away from your haven-like pad, you'll find Calheta a few minutes' drive away where its man-made golden beaches, bars, restaurants and marina await, while vibrant Funchal is thirty minutes away by car.
