In a period building (so it boasts that traditional narrow balcony you see so much in these old streets), it's a smartly modernized home with a quality feel to everything. The furnishings are mid-century modern inspired and the matte black kitchen is a sophisticated space with all you could need to whip up light meals at home. Black also adorns the bathrooms and there's a charming selection of art dotted about the place. Although the area next to the building can get a little busy, the home itself is in a quiet spot. Less than a ten-minute walk from the famous Mercado da Ribeira, you'll be staying in the heart of Lisbon's street food scene.
