“right out of a fairy tale” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 8 December 2013 for a stay in November 2013 When you think of spending time in Ireland you hope to see rolling hills, quaint villages, sheep in pastures, castle ruins and breath taking views. Bradkeel has it all! This cottage provides you with a private secluded vacation, yet its a good distance to about everything in northern Ireland. One day we toured the Donegal area, the next day the letterkenny scenic route and then the giants causeway. One of my regrets was not planning for some down time at the cottage, just to enjoy it. Some of my favorite aspects are the library in the reading nook, the heated floors, the sound of the stream outside the bedroom window, and the lovely windows.

“A Brilliant Experience”
My wife and I traveled from American to stay in the Sperrin Mountains for two months. We stayed at the Bradkeel Cottage most of the time. The cottage was in a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing setting yet not to far from conveniences. I was able to work remotely from the cottage as it was one of the few country cottages that offered internet. My wife and I enjoyed taking scenic walks right outside the front door! You are in a good location to go to the Causeway, hikes or bike rides in the Sperrins, visit Donegal, Derry, or shoot over to Belfast. We would recommend this location to anyone. My wife and I truly feel that Norther Ireland is under rated!
