Berllan has an open-plan living space with a gas fire housing an electric double oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms include Smart TVs and a super-king-size with Smart en-suite shower, a super-king-size, a king-size, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a patio with hot tub and ample off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price and there is a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. There is a childrens' play area at the Village Square at the walking distance. Within 2.3 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Berllan provides a wonderful escape to Anglesey, North Wales. Please note: the summer garden furniture will only be available from April till middle of November. Winter seating and table will be provided too. Please note; This property has a 2 night minumum stay

Area
Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
