Set in the heart of Bath, this home’s address is fabulous. It’s a short walk to The Royal Crescent, Victoria Park and The Roman Baths, as well as the shopping areas of Milsom Street, Southgate and the Artisan Quarter. Of course, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to indulge in too. Housed in a typical honey-hued stone building – the interiors are traditional, fitting in with the façade. Unusually, the breakfast bar is just outside the kitchen on the landing area, but there is a more formal dining table in the living room. Oh, and this place has that oh so rare parking with its private garage (better suited to smaller cars.)
Home truths: *Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request for stays of one week or more
*There's parking here for one car (please park inside the garage at all times – the electric garage remote is kept inside the property)
*There are staris to climb here
*This home is in a central spot, so noise may be heard
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table and breakfast bar doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
*Bath Spa train station is eight-minutes by taxi or a twenty-five-minute walk away
