Additional entertainment is provided in the separate snug in the form of a Smart TV/DVD, great for film nights, while there is also a desk should you need to do any work. In the kitchen, you ll find everything you need to fully enjoy your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. This room also has a window seat meaning that socialising can still take place while meals are being prepared. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging airer in the roof space. Boasting a beautiful antique dining table and chairs, the dining room is the perfect place to gather for meals, whether it s a home cooked dinner. It also has a radio so you can also enjoy some background music. Around the corner, you will find a cloakroom and WC, and there is also a utility room with storage for wet clothes and bicycles, as well as a chest freezer. Upstairs, you ll find the property s three lovely bedrooms. The first bedroom has great views out the front of the house, with a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom, complete with a roll top bath and a WC. Across the corridor is the twin bedroom, as well as the family bathroom, which has a bath, separate shower and WC. Up a small staircase, you will find the final bedroom, another super king size with its own freestanding bath. Directly off from the snug, you ll find the first of the cottage s outdoor spaces, a private and enclosed courtyard with seating; perfect for evening drinks. To the rear of the house is the main garden, largely sloped and laid to lawn, with steps leading to the top of the garden and its tremendous valley views. The rear terrace benefits from a couple of steamer chairs, large teak table and 8 chairs and large fire pit. Around the side of the house, hidden behind a hedge, is a sheltered patio area; a great place to dine al fresco. Finally, to the front of the house there is another sheltered patio with sun loungers, looking out to the village.
