With its wood floors, contemporary decor and a large glass door that leads out onto a Juliet balcony, you can sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in views of the neighbourhood's historic buildings. We love the bright red tiles in the kitchen and the bedroom’s soothing neutral palette that invites a serene night’s sleep. You’ll relish taking relaxing soaks under the bathroom’s rainfall shower, especially after a day of walking up and down Lisbon’s iconic hills. Speaking of exploring, you’ve within easy reach of the city’s main sights on foot – the Alfama district, São Jorge Castle, the Carmo Convent and the Santa Justa Lift are just a twenty-minute walk away while the Praça do Comércio is a twenty-five-minute stroll from your door.

*Be sure to pack your walking shoes – this apartment is located on top of a steep hill, and it's on the first floor of a building with no lift
*Free on-street parking is available, although we recommend leaving the car behind and making use of Lisbon's public transport system instead – Intendente Metro station is a seven-minute walk away
