On the boundary of Devon and Dorset, between the nearby towns of Axminster and Charmouth, is the beautiful village of Raymon/ds Hill. The Hunters Lodge Inn, housed in a 16th-century building, offers traditional pub grub as one of the village's dining options. Visitors may also stock up on necessities at Raymonds Hill Post Office. You can brush up on local history at the Axminster Heritage Centre, stop for a beer or a glass of wine at the Axminster Inn, The Lamb Inn, or The Ale Way, or even board a train to travel to other parts of Devon, Dorset, and Cornwall at the Axminster train station by taking a short drive to the north-west.
