From inside, you can enjoy sea views from almost anywhere – including the luxurious bathtub in the main ensuite – with the blue vistas so stunning, you could be looking at a painting. If you’re not squeezing in a workout in the gym, or for those with a more laidback holiday in mind, relaxing in the private sauna or sampling the finest of wines in the bodega, you’ll be drawn to the outside space like a moth to a flame.

Settle down on a lounger to soak up the Spanish sun and enjoy a siesta to the relaxing sound of the sea breeze rustling through the palm trees. After a while, hop into your pool and swim to the edge, where you can enjoy the pristine waters of the Mediterranean Sea from a slightly closer perspective.

The sunsets here are spectacular, so make sure you’re home to enjoy them. Settle down with a bottle of wine from the cellar and absorb the array of colours that dance across the sky before the sun finally dips below the sea. In this slice of paradise, you may just have found somewhere you never want to leave.

*A private chef for 50 hours/week (April until early November, plus Christmas and New Year), daily housekeeping (except Sundays), pool and hot tub heating and complimentary water (still and sparkling) are included in your rental
*The swimming pool isn't fenced (although there is a pool cover), so children will need to be supervised at all times
