A five-minute walk sees you at the Tuileries Gardens, which lead straight to the Louvre Museum. So you’re close to the biggest sights in Paris here.

Inside, you’ve got the classic herringbone floor, floor-to-ceiling French windows and wooden shutters you’d expect from a 19th-century Parisian apartment. A long, wrought-iron balcony runs the length of the living room and double windows open up onto it. The view from here, over the rooftop of Paris with the Eiffel Tower all the way in the distance, is simply stunning.
