We loved everything about our stay here. The location couldn't be better -- close to Harrods, Hyde park, and the tube. The room was spacious, very quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant was an added bonus. But what really made the Capital hotel stand out was the helpful, attentive, friendly staff! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

“5 *****”
We spent 4 nights at The Capital and what a treat it was. We checked in late and were welcomed with enthusiasm and helpfulness by Swapnel (spelling might be off) and Francesco. We had standard room on the 5th floor. It was very comfortable for us and well furnished and equipped. Breakfasts in the morning were fantastic, We were well looked after by Erika and her team and our waiter Drago was very helpful and patient with us. My wife has dietary requirements and they were handled efficiently and professionally. Quembe in house keeping was very friendly and always had a smile. Our room was always done up by the time we got back from breakfast. A fantastic stay with friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel and hopefully we will be back. I also recommend having a traditional english afternoon tea in the sitting room, very delicious.

“Great location and great hotel”
Could not be a better location-next door to Harrods. Attentive staff. Did not realise they have two sizes of doubles-go for the larger. Stayed previously in a larger double, this time must have had a smaller room which is almost too small for two people. Other than that, near perfect.
