“Absolutely #1”

I have stayed in most of the 5-stars hotel in London (and in other capitals) but there is no place like Mandarin Oriental. I truly feel like at home when I am there, it is the number one recommendation I make to anybody travelling to London. I truly feel the personal link that you mentioned before in the survey. The true factor that makes Mandarin different from anybody else in the industry is the 100% focus on details and the obsession on anticipating the client's need. When someone stays at the Mandarin, he feels like the number one client in the whole building. I forced some 4/5 colleagues of mine to stay there and the all absolutely loved it. Keep going this way!

“Impeccable service”

I booked this hotel at the last minute after another hotel screwed up my reservation. They were incredible. I was able to use the gym while they got my room situated, they schedule spa treatments to help me relax and gave me a special journal because I was on my way to a world trip. Beyond safe, kind and courtesy. As an purveyor of luxury travel they exceed all expectations

“Everything was sensational”

Stayed here for a Saturday night and everything was perfect. Stayed in a junior suite which was a great size. The bar in the evening was great, good service and ambiance and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Hope to be lucky enough to stay here again some time.
