West Cork Mansion House

Italianate style manor offering group accommodation.
Lovingly restored elegant 18th century, Italianate style, Irish manor set in 12 acres of woodland and landscaped gardens, overlooking the medieval Castle and Abbey of Kilcrea, in County Cork. The elegant interior is full of surprises. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable and efficient self-catering stay, while the dining room is perfect for a candlelight dinner and family celebrations.

Each room with at least one window facing south gives the house a natural light, bright atmosphere and of course beautiful views. The main house features four bedrooms all with king-size or four-poster beds and large en-suite bathrooms, beautiful views and elegant Edwardian furniture. The explorer room, on the west, contains some memorabilia from the owners' African expeditions. Two bedrooms have an additional single bed and can sleep 3/4 people if needed.

Also available for larger groups are the Garden Rooms and the Butlers Apartment, interconnected on the ground floor of the Main House.
They are smaller than the rooms in the main house, but they are bright, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Access is through their own separate entrance.

The Butler's apartment includes a kitchenette and storage area. The owners, John & Patricia, directly manage the property and will be looking forward to helping you organise a memorable holiday or a more extended stay.
