Hallway Entering through the porch and double doors, the hallway features a door-height decorative floral stained glass panel, bringing in light and echoes of the garden from outside. Dining Room Light-filled and spacious, the dining room is a treasure trove of eclectic style. Its plantation-style wooden shutters, intricate parquet and lush indoor plants lend it an old-world caribbean air. The capacious dining table easily seats 10 for gatherings that will live on in treasured memories for years to come. French doors ensure the room is light-filled and bright, showing off the captivating mix of antique and vintage furnishings. Kitchen Meander through a rounded arch from the dining room, and a glorious surprise awaits in the chic design choices of this newly renovated kitchen, with a feature wall in a restful lilac shade complementing the deep green units with brass handles, and marble effect countertops; the overall effect is delightful. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two doubles, both en suite and one single bedroom. Outdoor space A generous mature west-facing garden sits to the side of the house. Completely enclosed, it offers the perfect space for kids to play, for dinners in the evening sun, or retreating from the hustle and bustle of the town. To the back of the house is an enclosed yard, with French doors from the dining room – so convenient for barbecues. There is also an outdoor utility room with washing machine, dryer, an extra fridge freezer and toilet. Fitted with a shower inside and a hose outside, it's the ideal spot for washing off sandy toes and surfboards and storing watersports equipment. Bathrooms The main family bathroom upstairs is fully tiled in a very stylish slate tile, with an electric shower. All four en suite shower rooms are fully tiled with electric showers.
