Luxury Georgian Manor: Kerry

Luxury manor house idyllically situated in the heart of County Kerry, Ireland. The property overlooks the Macgillycuddy Reeks and is just a stone's throw away from Killarney National Park, just off the magical Ring of Kerry.

With the towns of Killarney, Killorglin, Kenmare, Dingle and Tralee within easy reach and beautiful beaches just around the corner, there is always something exciting to do.

A golfers' paradise, the manor house is set within Beaufort Golf Course and five internationally renowned world famous golf courses such as Ballybunion Golf Club, Tralee Golf Club, Waterville Golf Club, Killarney Golf and Fishing club, Dooks Golf Club can be found within an hour's drive.

The house was built in 1740 by Sir Roland Blennerhassett and has been in the Magill family since 1860. This luxury self-catering accommodation will comfortably sleep 12 and has been refurbished to a very high specification throughout. Cooks and prepared food can be arranged on request.

The property is ideal for private Functions, Weddings, Civil Wedding Ceremonies and exclusive Celtic Castle tours along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Beaufort, approached through a 150-year-old tree lined avenue, The House sits in its own majestic grounds, stunning views of The Macgillycuddy Reeks,South & North terraced areas complete with outdoor furnishings & a BBQ area.
There is also a tennis court at the house.

Inside there are 2 reception rooms, dining room, games room & home entertainment room, televisions & radio in all bedrooms,Multi channel satellite TV available in the morning room & entertainment room. Internet connectivity available throughout the house.

The large kitchen with spacious seating area is fully equipped with both Aga gas cooker & halogen hobs, complete with dishwashers, fridges & an ice making machine. Washing machines & drying facilities are available in the laundry area. Ideally suited for small groups to celebrate any occasion.
The house comfortably sleeps 12 with 2 additional 'pull out' beds if needed.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

"A Magical Christmas Time"
We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for Christmas. The house was so beautifully decorated, the open fires lit, it was picture perfect. The house and grounds are so inviting, and our wonderful hosts Jonathan & Helen could not have been more helpful. We chose outside catering and Jonathan organised everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again and we will be back.

I'm already homesick for thisHouse!
Photos cannot do justice the beautiful home and grounds of this very special estate!
We stayed for two weeks with family and friends and could have stayed for two more!

Helen, Fiona and Jonathan did a wonderful job answering our questions, setting up tours and transportation, and preparing delicious breakfasts and cozy suppers.

There is so much to do! Exploring the Reeks; the Ring of Kerry or just staying "home" and wandering out the side gate to play golf!

We look forward to coming back next Fall!

Wonderful stay!
Just returned from an incredible week here. We were a group of 14 people including babies, teenagers, adults and grandparents, and the property was perfect for all of us. The house is beautiful inside and out, with gorgeous grounds with golf course on one side and grazing sheep on the other, tennis court, large bedrooms, multiple cozy sitting rooms, and a massive kitchen that could accommodate all of us. Fiona arranged everything in advance including tours, in-house chef, and cribs for the babies. Absolutely fantastic!

"Absolutely Magical!"
Jonathan, Helen and Fiona could not have been more welcoming and hospitable during our stay. We had a group of 13 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our catered dinner and daily breakfasts were absolutely delightful, and the stunning scenery made us never want to leave. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!
