Location
Ireland – and Tipperary in particular - is famous for its food culture and this has been embraced by the Egan family since they took on this house over 30 years ago. The self-catering option is available for groups, but if guests want to enjoy homemade produce and locally grown artisan food, there is the option to enjoy bespoke catering. Whether it’s breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch or dinner, it can be arranged to suit, and this is what the Egan family have excelled in over the years.
Nora Egan is renowned for her Traditional Black Pudding and her ‘Tipperary breakfasts’, and the chefs at Inch House have also worked together to create a range of famous homemade chutneys, dressings and sauces.
"Wonderful country house" Stately and beautiful manor house in county Tipperary. Rooms warm, comfortable and well appointed. Common areas have fireplaces and inviting areas to relax. The best part is the host Nora. She is friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, thoughtful and an amazing cook. Highly recommend staying at Inch House.

Horse riding group holiday I signed up as a solo traveler for a horse riding vacation and the Inch House was our home base for a week. Lavish accommodation with comfortable beds, pillows, hot shower/bath and laundry service available. The service was impeccable. The food fresh and delicious. Nora was always available to meet every need while allowing our group privacy, saying, "It's YOUR house this week, not mine." There were leftovers in the fridge and microwave available. The view from all rooms was lovely. Free WiFi. I highly recommend staying at Inch House!

Style and agriculture, the perfect marriage. We arrived in the middle of the night, but they were waiting for us. (We called them to let them know we were trapped in traffic) Friendly, warm reception. The room was perfectly appointed, clean and fresh. The bathtub had a view to die for. I could have stayed for a very long time. Breakfast was delicious and perfect. We will return for more days and to try their dinners.

Inch House is magnificent. ..beautiful setting with its long avenue flanked by acres if corn. Had the pleasure of dining there lately where we were met with the most wonderful, friendly and courteous staff. The owners Nora and John Egan take a bow! You deserve every accolade possible. This stately home is a delight...so carefully renovated. I was gobsmacked by the grandeur..as we're all of the group. Well what can I say about the food...it was divine. It's an experience to dine there. It was prepared with love and served to the highest possible standard. Didn't meet the chef.. he's a genius at his job. After all the GAWKING we were able to reflect and thank The Good Lord for such fine people in the little chapel/church attached to Inch House. Keep up the good work! I'll be back. Thank you Inch House.
