Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is Brooklyn's only three Michelin-starred restaurant. Diners can literally settle in to the kitchen counter at this intimate eighteen seat space for a unique dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef Cesar Ramirez.
This prix-fixe dinner consists of over twenty small plate courses. The tasting menu changes daily and is always finalized the day of. Each guest is served twenty-plus courses. Most of the courses contain both raw and cooked seafood, predominantly shellfish.
