The Boathouse Wine Bar and Bistro is a converted boathouse dating back to the 1800s on the beautiful grounds of Dromquinna Manor. Enjoy breathtaking views across the water and mountains to provide an impressive backdrop for your culinary experience. The Boathouse Bar & Bistro allows for up to 60 guests that can choose from a cosy indoor spot to a table on the outdoor terrace. Experience mouthwatering dishes with a focus on Seafood using local seasonal produce provided by local fishermen, cheesemongers, dairy farmers and bakers and relax with a glass of vino or a gin from the extensive beverage list.

What an excellent restaurant, they serve excellent meat dishes as well as seafood. Service was flawless, attention to detail at every turn and all dishes were freshly prepared. Deserts were all freshly prepared too which is sadly not the case in so many restaurants. Best restaurant in Kenmare by a long shot. Their wine and gin selection is impressive so make sure you take a taxi.
