Took small dogs property appeared welcoming of dogs, states garden enclosed, dog bath, the garden was not enclosed wide open with no gates fence that dogs could get easily through with no effort at all we dealt with and took them out on their leads. However garden had not been turfed and was garden of mud ! Fine by us But to now be fined £66 for 1 SMALL DOG PRINT on a bed sheet is uncalled for to say dogs are not allowed upstairs in an open plan house with no doors is completely unrealistic!!
