The area is perfect for walking and cycling, being close to Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest. There are historic houses, castles and famous gardens nearby. Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away and is famous for its cafe culture and shopping. Rye is in the opposite direction and famous for its smugglers and cobbled streets. The Sussex coastline is 18 miles away and runs for miles, perfect for beach activities, walking the dog and fish and chips. Brighton is also an easy drive away.
