Property Overview
2-room apartment 35 m2 on 3 levels on 1st floor. Bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: gallery with TV (flat screen).
The apartment looks nice! Unfortunately, it is a bit tiring to have to pick up the key after arriving with full luggage and then return it again. It would be more customer-friendly to do it directly at the apartment. But what is really annoying if you want to sleep through the night are the loud (young) neighbors: out of 12 nights, only four were "quiet"; otherwise, between 11 p.m. and 1:30 a.m., there is "wake-up call." There is dirt and dust everywhere, including hair in the bathroom cabinet and in the cutlery drawer. Disgusting!

We appreciated the location of this apartment, a stone's throw from old Nice and all the local shops. Ideal for a couple and for visiting Nice.
