The cottage was marvellous, so clean and with everything you could want for a holiday. The decor was just right and the pictures and knick-knacks were tasteful and in keeping with the age of the cottage. The grounds were beautifully maintained (I was very envious!). We felt privileged to be able to experience this wonderful property.

The prettiest cottage by far we’ve stayed in. A good location for Devons many attractions, but car a necessity.

It’s very rare for a property to be better in the flesh then in the photos.. A true chocolate box cottage with huge private gardens with lots of wildlife and fun for kids. You do feel like you’re in a home from home.

An absolutely delightful cottage and one that we would certainly love to visit again. It was like a home from home; so well equipped and full of personal touches. The garden was fantastic. It was well kept and interesting. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Lovely cottage, what you might call a proper cottage with thatched roof and large real fire. Kitchen designed and laid out like you might expect a cottage to be, even the oven had an old look to it even though it was modern. Furnishings very comfortable and well placed; large garden with good garden furniture - even a small sun house. Only downsides are the proximity of the road - though not very busy, it is right outside the side of the house so you do get traffic noise in the garden. Also, the DVD player seemed to be set up to play US DVD’s (owners are American), so evening viewing is limited to the small selection of videos or Sky. Take your own videos?!

Very warm and cosy, even though the snow was piled high outside! We have stayed in many properties booked through your company, but never have we come across one with such a well stocked kitchen. We cooked a full christmas dinner with ease, there were even scales and a steamer!! (There’s also a dishwasher) Once the snow melted we could appreciate the lovely garden too. All in all a great property.

Beautiful and grand cottage that is very homely, gorgeous gardens that are not overlooked. Every thing we needed was at the cottage with a very well kitted kitchen. Extremely sad to leave!

Full of character and everything that we needed was supplied. Only issue was leaving time not stated and we were given two different times as a result we had a clash with the cleaners.

A chocolate box cover cottage, with a large garden with a wide variety of birds visiting the garden and with good views from the upper levels of the garden. The cottage was comfortable and spacious. Easy access by car to Dartmoor.

This is a lovely traditional cottage with beautiful and private grounds. We really enjoyed the Summer house on those misty mornings!

An idyllic Dartmoor cottage, with exceptional gardens and comfortable rooms. The cottage exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of the marvelous gardens, the size of the rooms, and the overall facilities. The in-property information might be in need of updating.
