Located less than a mile from bustling Stow-on-the-Wold, this converted barn offers easy access to the Cotswolds. Character abounds here – inside, you'll find exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and, most strikingly, a stone well covered with protective glass. The log burner is ideal for winter nights, while the country-style kitchen is a great place for family meals. Outside, a sun-kissed seating area is perfect for alfresco meals. There's also plenty of space for four-legged friends to roam in the garden. Better yet, don your walking shoes and take the pups on a stroll through the beautiful countryside on your doorstep.
Home truths: *Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Your host kindly asks that they stay off the furniture and are supervised while in the garden.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*This home is set across the ground floor.
*The super king-sized bed can be converted into twins upon request. Please let your host know your preference at least two weeks prior to arrival.
*Off-road parking is available for two cars. Though you may be able to walk to Stow-on-the-Wold, we suggest hiring a car if you want to explore further afield.
*Between October and March, an initial supply of logs is provided for one fire. Further supplies will need to be purchased locally.
*The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year in May and October. Stow is very busy a day or two before and after each fair, and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed.
