Walking On Sunshine

Located in a beautiful Bauhaus building on Allenby Street, Walking On Sunshine is spectacularly bright. The balconies offer lovely sea views, while also letting a lot of light into the home. The his and hers sinks in the master bathroom are our favourites, closely followed by the original graffiti-style artwork and the sleek kitchen, perfect for socialising.

Home truths:
*It's literally on the corner of busy Allenby Street – there will likely be some traffic noise from below
* Guest 5, 6, 7, and 8 would be on sofa beds in the living room
*Although there's a lift, you'll still have to climb four steps to reach the apartment, so it is not practical for wheelchair users.
*With only enough seating for one person, the balconies are not as inviting as they could be
*Be prepared that you will be sharing the space with some of the owner’s possessions – we found some odd bits and pieces in the dining room chest
* If full occupancy is reached, there's not enough space for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal at the same time
