"Voramar", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2020, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).
We found an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Few kitchen utensils. Poor roof above the terrace, was leaking. And with 12 floors above you, that was not pleasant. Furniture also old. The view was also not like the guide photo. We looked at a tennis court that is no longer in use, grass grows on it. And for the view of the sea, trees have long since grown (the photo is 7 years old). The oven was also bad. Also mention that you are above a restaurant.

The electric water heater should be bigger because it is too small for 4 people. We couldn't all shower at the same time because we ran out of hot water.
