Considering the price paid, a beautiful house but not cared for. Upon arrival there was no hot water. When turning on the oven and stove the electricity went out. During the night a part of the false ceiling of the roof fell down. In the annex the bathroom door did not close and water came out of the shower. Suddenly we were left without water in the whole house. In the bathroom of one room the cistern did not work and we had to use 1 pot! A room with ants. Dirty pots etc.

Apart from the good location, the house unfortunately has many defects. Dirty corners, some broken. Moldy showers/bathrooms, a small unusable apartment downstairs (smell of gas and stale water with a loud dehumidifier). Dirty bed linen with brown stains was laid out for arrival, unusable! Kitchen cabinets with moisture damage and rusty extractor hood. 3 wine glasses are definitely not enough! ETC..Pictures are available if required!

We had a wonderful stay at Von Salis holiday home. The house is very spacious and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired - the kitchen in particular is of good quality. The view and location of the house are phenomenal. Highly Recommended.
