Simply perfect holiday. Very nice reception and uncomplicated handover of keys. Accommodation is just perfect. Asks everything you could wish for, Large, cozy with lots of space. View to the more is great and for those who don't want to more there is also a beautiful pool to splash around. A perfect place for a perfect vacation

We stayed in the upper apartment for two weeks in August. The apartment is very large with a huge living-dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A highlight is the large balcony with plenty of seating and a great view of the sea. The fly screens on all windows are very practical. In contrast to many neighboring properties, Viva by the sea actually has enough parking spaces for cars. The highlight is the beautiful pool, the landlords are very pleasant.
