Vintage Advantage proves that it’s all in the details. We’re all about the gorgeous tiles in the bathroom, the mid-century style shelf unit, and the colourful kitchen island on wheels. Rosie really has an eye for creating a comforting, warm and homely space with a lot of attention to the small things. Right by Rabin Square, there’s plenty to do on your doorstep – we love wandering around this neighbourhood to find all the hidden gems.

*When we visited, we noticed a water mark under the window in the master bedroom – the host is aware of this
*The bed in bedroom two is a sofa bed – it’s on the low side
*While it’s located on the third floor with a lift, you still have to climb a couple of steps to reach the entrance of the home
*This is a lived-in home – expect a little wear and tear here and there
