Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
A very nice house, nothing is missing, but unfortunately the pool is not heated.

The landlord was/is great. The house looks even better than in the pictures. Beaches are a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Shopping is the same. It was a great vacation. I can only recommend it.

this holiday home is a bit isolated you definitely need a car. Otherwise everything as described and a beautiful outdoor area so a beautiful holiday home

The house is in a good, quiet location, not far from Labin. Everything was very clean and it looks like the photos. The pool was cleaned several times a week. The two upper rooms do not have air conditioning. One ground floor room has one and the other does not. The kitchen and living room in turn have air conditioning. The oval bed is unfortunately very hard, but it was bearable. We were there as a youth group and very satisfied. The landlord was nice. Recommended.
