5-room semi-detached house 250 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, TV, international TV channels, hi-fi system and air conditioning.
This house truly exceeded our expectations: - Great location on the top of a hill, with views on the castle of Costigliole, and within driving distance to many other great places to visit - The house itself was perfect and very spacious, just as the swimming pool and the very well-kept garden - And last,but certainly not least......the best hosts ever, who were extremely friendly and helpful by providing good tips and making reservations at some restaurants

The house is nicely situated just outside a very lively village, in max 5 min by car in Costigliole. You rent a part of the property from the owner. The garden is nice and big, lacks a view because of hedges all around. Swimming pool is 20x10m! Kitchen is reasonably equipped but with mediocre knives and (ugly) plates. Room on the 1st floor is huge but lacks a shower in the bathroom. Room downstairs next to the kitchen is not big but with bathroom, top floor has everything itself. All in all fine for 6p

We spent a wonderful family week in an idyllic place. The hosts, very friendly and discreet, are always available for any questions and their wine is delicious! We took full advantage of the large swimming pool and the tranquility of the place. A big thank-you!
