The location is ideal. The short walk to the sea makes it very easy to jump into the water without much preparation. The apartment was suitable for 4 people, the beds were suitable for us. We didn't use the garden and the lower terrace because of the mosquitoes (they were a plague everywhere in Njivice in the evenings); the balcony on the upper floor was our main place to stay. We've never had such a fully equipped kitchen in an apartment before. Thank you for two wonderful weeks!

A holiday home close to the sea with many options for going to the beach. Great opportunities for swimming and snorkeling (don't forget your water shoes). The house is in good condition and has adequate facilities. The town is within walking distance with a selection of restaurants and bars.

The location is excellent, within 5 minutes you can reach a great beach bar and also the town. The beautiful beach with lots of trees is 150 meters away. So perfect;) In the house there is everything you need. The beds were too hard for us, since there is no slatted frame, only thick chipboard. And there are a lot of gnats!!

The only thing to complain about is that there was no WiFi in the property.

The landlords are very friendly people and speak good German. The cottage is large, clean, bright and has a very well equipped kitchen. A few meters from the house is the sea and a smaller beach. You can easily walk to other beaches, smaller and larger, as well as various shops, restaurants, bars and one of the best ice cream parlors I know. We were very satisfied and had a nice and relaxing holiday.
