Located on the border between Neve Tzedek and Florentin, Tel Aviv’s vibrant city culture is right on your doorstep. Florentin is full of art galleries, hip bars, and cool restaurants, whereas Neve Tzedek’s charming streets and elegant boutiques draw in crowds from all over the world. The home itself isn’t the most characterful we have ever come across, but it’s got all the amenities you need. The building also comes with a gym and a pool, which is something we’d take any day of the week.

Home truths:
*The walls could do with a lick of paint to cover up all of the scuff marks
*It overlooks a busy road – the balcony can get loud
*When we visited, the wifi wasn’t super fast
*The design is on the simple side – we wouldn’t mind some artwork and a couple of plants here and there
