Booked through a booking agent for a family holiday. Followed instructions to meet to collect the keys, no response to text message and phone calls/ voicemails unanswered, then when a different number was dialled, landlady picked up and hung up when i asked for her by name. 4.20pm the night before we are due to go, landlady advises the booking agent that she didn't receive our booking, which i know from years of previous experience isn't possible. This was not accidental nor innocent- clearly knew what she was doing given the lack of communication and extremely rude hang up. Cost us quite a bit of money on lost bookings for activities as well.

If Carlsberg did holiday homes, Trinity Lodge would be it. Gorgeous location, with access to lake, acres of grounds that are buzzing with wildlife and a healthy mix of plant life. The house has everything you would hope for in a holiday home, well appointed and well kept, with both a balcony and patio while the games room is the icing on the cake. Hostess Rose was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

"Love This Place" Absolutely loved our stay at Trinity Lodge, and it proved to be a real home from home, with plenty for the kids to do. Communication before our stay was excellent and we were greeted by Rosemarie when we arrived. A fantastic place to stay, and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful break away.
