The house was spacious enough for 8 of us, the kitchen was well equipped. We had four seasons in one week with ice, snow, sun & rain. The walks around the area are stunning. Although the main road is busy and close to the house the noise was not an issue at all. The staff at the shop next door (key holders) were very helpful.

The cottage was warm and cosy and had everything you could possibly need,a real home from home.It was also very central with everything within easy walking distance. Betws-y-coed was busy in August but we could retreat to our own little private oasis. The river at the bottom of the garden was a delight as were the lovely woodland walks nearby. Despite being on the A5 the traffic noise was not a problem. We had a couple of plumbing problems but these were fixed within and hour of reporting them. The support staff were very attentive and the accommodation very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

The cottage was exactly what we required, close to shops, walking trails and the pub! We had every age and it was easy to please them all. The kitchen dining area was perfect for the group, cooking and chatting with everyone in one room - lovely!

Although the brochure gave an accurate description of the property. The actual setting, cleanliness and standard of the accommodation was found to be outstanding, I would definitely recommend this property to others!
