Property Overview
Within the winding waterways of Turks and Caicos’ Leeward Canals, this lavish villa boasts a private jetty for paddleboarding or kayaking on the calm water. It’s a short walk (or paddle) to Leeward Beach – a picture-perfect Caribbean stretch of bone-white sand lapped by turquoise sea. A couple of marinas nearby mean you can charter or rent a boat for the day (or longer) and take advantage of this home’s private jetty on the canal.
This home is made up of two separate villas sitting side-by-side, so you’ve got two full kitchens and two sun-filled living rooms for the group to spread out. Both living areas are bright, open-plan places for the group to join together with glass sliding doors letting the Caribbean sun stream in. Each building has its own first-floor terrace, glass-fronted and adorned with lounge furniture and dining tables.
A private path connects the ground-floor patios where you can lounge around the poolside during the day, dipping in to cool off and drying out in the sun. Fire up the barbecue at sunset and gather together for an alfresco dinner at sunset as the breeze whispers through palm fronds.
