The house is very comfortable, close to the center and to the Reciesa and Seceda funiculars. The road to the center is a bit sloping / uphill, but allows the apartment to have a south-facing and sunny position. Very modern appliances. Convenient private parking

We already knew the apartment from previous stays (last stay 5 years ago). It was once again an all-round successful experience. Equipment and condition of the apartment are perfect even after this long period. The landlords live in the house and are always available and helpful.

Everything is good about this apartment, only the kitchen utensils are meager. For example, an oven/microwave is missing. Spacious rooms and beautiful bathroom. Hardly any noise from the neighbours. Good parking and walking distance to the Seceda lift. Very friendly operators. Take into account extra costs for wifi/cleaning/tourist tax of almost one hundred euros for two people.
