We love the dining room with its walls of glass doors offering unobstructed views of the rolling hills, along with a rustic-style semi-outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven. Outside, the villa has a beautiful garden with a private corner swimming pool overlooking the valley and city of Arezzo. *For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 28th April and 6th October.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Set within a vineyard, there's a restaurant and wine tasting 250 metres away but for supermarkets, you'll want to have a car. There's private parking.
