The accommodation is more studio than cottage with a large combined bedroom/living area, all very comfortable with a high quality finish and attention to detail with a luxury super king or twin beds, en-suite with large walk-in shower, separate well equipped kitchen with space to sit and eat and your own small enclosed garden, along with use of a larger open area as you wish.
Thoughtfully converted, it may be suitable for those with limited mobility or for accompanied wheelchair users - the owners would be pleased to discuss any mobility questions directly so you can make an informed choice regarding your individual requirements. The little farm hamlet of Trenarlett is set on the sunny side of the beautiful Camel Valley. Close to the wilds of Bodmin Moor to the East, with the dramatic North coast a short drive to the West, and limitless places of interest to explore throughout the whole county all within easy reach, you can really enjoy the best of both worlds then retreat to The Snug in this lovely peaceful location at the end of the day.
The Camel Trail begins just down the lane, providing level walking or cycling for as long or short distance as you fancy and we are triangulated by the pretty and thriving villages of St Breward, St Tudy and Blisland so one is spoilt for choice with friendly village pubs and eateries to relax and refuel in afterwards!
Cornwall's coastline and beaches are truly stunning and there are many picturesque fishing villages, wonderful gardens and historic houses to visit.
GROUND FLOOR:
Level entrance into Kitchen/Diner: Fridge with small freezer compartment (chest freezer available for use in adjacent building), electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, slow-cooker.
Studio Bedroom: Superking bed (6' - may be unlinked to twin 3' - please order in advance), dressing table, bedside units, wardrobe, sofa, occasional tables, wall-mounted TV, DVD/MP3 player, door to front garden.
Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, w.c., basin.
GARDEN & PARKING: Small enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue plus use of side and rear gardens shared with B&B guests. Access to open fronted covered area for bikes/hanging wetsuits/storing surfboards etc. Parking for 1 car (extra space available).
