If you want to be situated within the maritime hub of the UAE, this home's location in the Dubai Harbour is ideal. However, many of the city's key attractions are a drive away, including the Dubai Mall, twenty-four minutes by car. Also, the Palm Jumeirah is a fifteen-minute ride, and the Burj Al Arab is twenty-one minutes away. We love the shared amenities here, such as the Miami-style pool deck, gym, kids' splash pads and play area, as well as the views of the sea. There are Persian Gulf and city skyline glimpses from this apartment’s private balconies, too. If you prefer to eat in than dine out, there’s a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for perfecting your skills in Emirati cuisine.
