As you sit on the balcony or one of the terraces – there’s so much outside space here – your eye is constantly drawn to the vibrant blue sea. It’s a wonderfully tranquil spot, where the only sounds that’ll disturb your poolside dozing are insects humming and the breeze rustling through trees.

The heated swimming pool has massage jets and a waterfall feature. Whether you’re determined to get your daily laps in or prefer to float serenely as you watch yachts sail by, you’re bound to spend a lot of your time in the pool. There are plenty of comfy sun loungers dotted around, with space to sunbathe in quiet corners or as a group. This villa is perfect for that – there are even two kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms, so even if you’re travelling with another family, everyone has their own space.

If you fancy a day at the beach, you needn’t travel far. You can walk directly from the villa to Šiba beach, which is four minutes away. Mlini beach is an eight-minute drive, so you’ve plenty of choice. Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic, is a twenty-one-minute drive away and is ideal for a day trip. Stroll along the narrow streets and take in the charm and history, and dine in top-notch restaurants. Make sure you’re back at the villa in time to watch the sun dip in the sky over the sea – the sunsets here are magical.
