Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and sunken seating area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. You can find a shop in 0.1 miles, and a pub and beach in 0.2 miles. The Old Coastguard Lookout is a stunning property for a memorable Cornish break.

Area Port Isaac, a real Cornish gem. The historic village in the valley remains intact from its preceding century of fishing, slate export and smuggling. There are many modest character residences and larger cliff-top getaways within walking distance of the village's restaurants and stores. As the tide recedes, the sandy harbour is dotted with rock pools. Only 10 minutes from Polzeath, Daymer and Rock beaches, it is ideal for couples and families.

Note: There is no 'welcome pack' of milk, coffee, tea etc, as this is not to everyone's taste so it can be wasteful which we do not want to encourage.
