Normally when somewhere is described as 'up-and-coming', this ascendancy can take place over the course of decades. In Dubai, however, things work slightly different and new neighbourhoods can spring up in years, if not months. That's the case with Arjan, a new residential area on the outskirts of the capital that's already gaining attention.
A pretty large reason for this is the standard of the homes that are available here, like this apartment. While it may be modest compared to some of the addresses you'll find in the city, there's still an innate quality to the interior design, from the sleek kitchen surfaces to the mid-century-inspired furnishings. The balcony is another perk, as is the communal gym and swimming pool found within the building.
There's a definite active feel to the local area, with Dubai Sports City just over five minutes away in the car and five golf courses that can be reached in twenty minutes or under. Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah can be reached in the same amount of time, too
